Our Story

Snö Performance was established in Abu Dhabi with a clear focus: improving human performance where it matters most. Our work has spanned years of supporting athletes, leaders and individuals operating under pressure. Through this, we have seen that performance is shaped not only by the individual, but by the environments they operate in and the demands placed upon them.Today, we work globally across elite sport, government and complex organisations, strengthening how people perform under pressure.
