Snö Performance was built on a foundation that spans decades of work in human performance.

Based in Abu Dhabi, we have partnered with governments, elite sport, global organisations and communities across the Middle East, helping people perform at their best in some of the world's most demanding environments.

As our work has expanded across the region, our understanding of performance has evolved even further. We’ve learned that genuinely sustainable high performance is shaped by far more than the individual capability alone. It is also an outcome of supportive interactions between people, with leadership, from culture, systems, environments – the complex ecosystems we spend our days in.
