Our Story
For decades, the team at Snö Performance has worked in the world's most demanding environments, where mistakes cost more than time. We advise and partner with elite athletes, government entities and global organisations, and we coach individuals to that same standard. We didn't assemble this team as an ambition, we assembled it as a necessity. You cannot deliver best-in-class performance across a region with anything less than the best in every discipline. So we brought in the best of each field: Leadership, coaching, organisational performance, behavioural science, physiology, recovery, nutrition and performance psychology. Every specialist is vetted for excellence. Every one of them works as part of one team, inside every partnership we take on.
